West Tripura, Jan 19 (ANI): West Tripura’s West Majlishpur, Uttar Majlishpur, and Kamalasagar Gram Panchayats are emerging as models of good governance and digital administration. These panchayats have implemented a 100% e-Office system, and services such as birth and death certificates, construction permits, and trade licenses are now being delivered quickly through digital means. The Aamar Sarkar platform is being effectively used to address grievances, ensuring prompt resolution of complaints. Due to their digital operations and transparency, West Majlishpur has been awarded the Chief Minister Award and the National e-Governance Award. Continuous improvements are also underway in roads, water supply, and basic infrastructure. Kamalasagar Panchayat has been selected for ISO certification, and over 90% of its work has already been completed. These initiatives demonstrate that with consistent and well-planned efforts, even rural areas can become modern, convenient, and development-oriented
