Tripura CM Manik Saha welcomes 487 new BJP members to party

Agartala (Tripura), October 29, 2025 (ANI): In a major political event, 487 voters from 125 families officially joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) during a joining program organized by the Golaghati Mandal. The new members were warmly received by Hon’ble Chief Minister Professor Dr. Manik Saha, who led the ceremony and welcomed them into the party. Addressing the gathering, Dr. Saha expressed his delight at the growing public confidence in the BJP and emphasized that the party’s focus on development, transparency, and good governance continues to win people’s hearts across Tripura. He noted that such increasing support reflects the people’s faith in the government’s vision for progress and stability. Senior party leaders and local karyakartas also extended a cordial welcome to all the newcomers, highlighting that their inclusion would further strengthen the BJP’s organizational structure and grassroots presence in the region, paving the way for continued growth and unity within the party.
