Agartala (Tripura), May 16 (ANI): Tripura's Chief Minister Manik Saha attended a blood donation camp in Tripura’s Agartala on May 16. The event underscored the significance of voluntary actions to save lives. The Chief Minister met the donors personally and interacted with them briefly. These blood donation drives help to revive the blood banks that face scarcity of blood, especially during the summer. Speaking to ANI, he said, “In Tripura, we have 14 blood banks and 6 blood component separation centers. Blood banks have been facing shortages. I continuously ask Tripura residents, especially the youth, to step forward and proudly donate blood after such intervals.”
