New Delhi Feb 09 (ANI): Indian author Tilak Devasher decoded the current situation in Pakistan elections, he said that whichever government comes to power, because of the elections have been so contested that the government of Pakistan will not have any legitimacy and some tough actions have to be taken by the new government.
