Pune (Maharashtra), Apr 13 (ANI): External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar on April 12 said that terrorists in Pakistan should not feel safe outside the border. He said, “Terrorists don’t play by any rules, the answer to terrorists cannot have any rules. They should not feel safe if they are on the other side.”
