New Delhi, Nov 13 (ANI): Delhi Environment Minister Gopal Rai on November 13 blamed the Bharatiya Janata Party for persuading people to burst crackers on Diwali despite the ban by the Supreme Court. “The bursting of firecrackers has increased pollution levels in Delhi. Not many people have burst firecrackers but, it was done in some places in a targeted manner. The way BJP leaders were persuading people, its result can be seen today,” said Gopal Rai.
