Surat is set to unveil its largest and most advanced underpass in Limbayat, a major step in the city's infrastructure development. The project, funded by the Gujarat government and Surat Municipal Corporation, aims to ease traffic congestion and reduce delays from railway gates. Spanning 502 meters, with the underpass covering 180 meters, it also features a modern HVAC system worth ₹1.50 crore to ensure fresh air and reduce vehicle smoke. This project is part of Gujarat's ongoing commitment to urban innovation and transforming Surat into a Smart City.
