Subsidized ration brings relief to Gujarat’s daily wage earners

The Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana is a lifeline for Gujarat’s needy families, ensuring food security through ‘One Nation, One Ration Card’, allowing seamless ration access nationwide. Over 76.6 lakh NFSA cardholders benefit, covering 3.72 crore people, including daily wage workers and auto drivers. PM Modi will launch a Food Security Saturation Campaign from Surat on March 7, aiding widows, pensioners, and the Divyang. Minister Kunvarjibhai Bavaliya highlighted that 2 lakh beneficiaries will receive direct benefits in one place. Gujarat leads in welfare, ensuring no one goes hungry.
