Jaipur (Rajasthan), August 19 (ANI): Rajasthan CM Bhajanlal Sharma celebrated ‘Raksha Bandhan’ with students in Jaipur on August 19. Students tied ‘Rakhis’ on CM Bhajanlal’s wrist hand on the occasion. Meanwhile, the CM distributed sweets and presents to them. ‘Raksha Bandhan’ is a festival deeply rooted in Indian Culture and has been celebrated for centuries. Incidents of sisters tying rakhi around their brothers’ wrists for protection are mentioned in Hindu religious texts.
