Srinagar, Aug 14 (ANI): Special rituals were performed before scared journey of Chhari Mubarak in Srinagar. The procession began from the Mahadev Gir Dashnami Akhara Trust, where devotees gathered to pay homage and receive blessings. Chhari Mubarak puja is a significant event for devotees, who come from far and wide to seek the blessings of Lord Shiva. The rituals for 'Chhari Mubarak' mark the traditional commencement of the Amarnath Yatra. Notably, 52-day-long holy Amarnath yatra commenced on June 29 from the twin routes to Baltal and Pahalgam and end on August 19.
