Gulmarg (J&K), Feb 19 (ANI): After a prolonged dry spell that left Kashmir’s renowned ski resort, Gulmarg, devoid of its characteristic snow, the recent flurry of winter weather has rejuvenated the slopes, drawing in a wave of foreign skiers and adventure enthusiasts. The picturesque landscapes of the Kashmir valley, often hailed as the "paradise on earth," have once again become a magnet for tourists seeking the thrill of skiing amidst stunning mountain vistas. The recent snowfall transformed the Kongdori and Apharwat Mountains in Gulmarg into a winter wonderland. As the region gears up to host the Khelo India winter games, the spotlight is firmly on Gulmarg, reaffirming its status as a premier destination for adventure tourism on the global stage.
