New Delhi, Nov 23 (ANI): Soon after Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office issued a statement on November 22, confirming the release of roughly 50 hostages abducted by the Hamas terror group in Gaza during the October 7 attack, External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar welcomed the decision and went on to assert that situation in the West Asia has deteriorated drastically. Today's virtual G 20 summit, which was chaired by the Prime Minister, has concluded. All 21 members of the G 20, including the AU, the nine guest countries and eleven international organisations participated in the meeting. The discussions were fruitful. They were very productive. All leaders congratulated the Prime Minister on the successful steering of India's G 20 presidency."
