Shimla: Trees uprooted, roads blocked, cars buried as rains trigger landslide

Shimla (HP), August 13 (ANI): As Himachal Pradesh faces monsoon’s fury yet again, Shimla witnessed incessant rains. Landslides were witnessed in Shimla and several routes were closed. Cars got buried under landslide and several trees were uprooted in Himachal’s capital. The locals were also facing issues due to bad weather conditions. On August 12, IMD issued Orange alert for several parts of Himachal. Mandi, which was devastated last month due to heavy rains, is once again facing flood-like situation.
