Ranchi (Jharkhand), November 3 (ANI): Union Home Minister Amit Shah on November 3, released ‘Sankalp Patra’ for the Jharkhand Assembly Polls. While addressing a public meet, he slammed Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren, alleging him for his incompetent efforts in protecting the dignity of women and tribals in the state. During the address, he asserted that the culture of Jharkhand is not safe under the leadership of Hemant Soren. "...During Hemant Soren's government, the tribals of Jharkhand are not safe. The number of tribals in Santhal Pargana is continuously decreasing. Infiltrators are coming here and luring our daughters and marrying them and occupying the land. If this is not stopped, then neither the culture of Jharkhand, nor the employment, land, or daughters here will be safe. That is why the BJP is moving ahead with the slogan of securing "Roti, Beti, Maati,” said Amit Shah
