Multiple locations, April 26 (ANI): The second phase of Lok Sabha polling concluded across various regions of India, including Assam’s Nagaon, Thiruvananthapuram, Uttar Pradesh’s Mathura, Ernakulam, and the Jhalawar. The second phase of voting for Lok Sabha polls concluded in Assam’s Nagaon. Polling officers were seen sealing the EVMs, and VVPATs machines post completion of the polling process. The second phase of voting for the Lok Sabha elections came to a close in Kerala’s Thiruvananthapuram. Polling officers sealed the EVMs after the polling process ended. Voting for the Lok Sabha elections in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, wrapped up after the second phase. The second phase of voting for Lok Sabha polls concluded in Kerals’s Thrissur. Voting for the Lok Sabha election's second phase concluded in the Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh. We will now seal the EVM machines.” After the completion of voting process in Imphal, Manipur, Chief Electoral Officer of Manipur, Pradeep Kumar Jha informed about the polling process and polling percentage of Manipur. Spaeaking to ANI, he said, “13 assembly segments had gone for polls in today’s voting process in Outer Manipur Parliamentary Constituency. Voting has remained peaceful by enlarge. One incident of damage to EVM has been reported so far. We are looking into it. People has turned out in huge numbers to cast their votes. Compare to previous election, the voting has been more peaceful.”
