Bhubaneswar (Odisha) April 28, 2025 (ANI): BJP MP Sambit Patra criticized Congress in response to the Pahalgam terror attack, accusing party leaders, including Rahul Gandhi, of being "traitors" and "Pakistani agents" for allegedly undermining India's military and supporting Pakistan. He condemned a Congress leader's statement against war, claiming it showed weakness toward Pakistan, and vowed that the Indian people would hold such individuals accountable. BJP MP Sambit Patra said, "... Are these people not Pakistani agents? Am I lying when I say that Rahul Gandhi and his leaders are traitors? The one who breaks the morale of our army, those who put salt on Indians' wounds and stands with Pakistan, will be called a traitor by all the Indians... Another statement has just come in. Maybe he is Congress's Kashmir President who just said that there should not be a war. He is joining hands in front of Pakistan... Does Pakistan have the courage to touch us?...and he is joining hands in front of Pakistan...India will not forgive such people... The people will ask them questions and these traitors would have to answer..."
