New Delhi, July 15 (ANI): The Archeological Survey of India submitted a report on Bhojshala Complex in Madhya Pradesh High Court in Dhar. Speaking on the ASI report, the Hindu side’s advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain said that the ASI report is significant in this case and has strengthened our case. Advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain said " ASI report is very significant in this case, ASI report approves our case and makes it strong. We had set up a case before Indore High Court that this is the premise of a Hindu temple and it is being used as a Mosque. The order of the ASI passed in 2003 is absolutely wrong, erroneous and in violation of the fundamental rights of the citizens of the country. We had appealed at Indore High Court with this writ petition...and High Court had appointed ASI to conduct a detailed scientific study. Today after the report that is filed into 2000 pages...our case has become strong...Supreme Court had granted a stay on the proceedings of the Indore High Court so we will be approaching the Supreme Court..." For Hindus, the Bhojshala Complex is a temple dedicated to Goddess Vagdevi (Saraswati), while for Muslims, it is the site of the Kamal Maula mosque. According to an arrangement in 2003, Hindus perform puja at the complex on Tuesdays from sunrise to sunset while Muslims offer namaz on Fridays from 1 pm to 3 pm.ASI began the survey at Bhojshala/Kamal Maula Mosque complex in the tribal-dominated Dhar district on March 22 following the order of Indore Bench of Madhya Pradesh High Court.
