Prayagraj (UP), January 29 (ANI): Bageshwar Dham Chief Dhirendra Krishna Shastri expressed his grief over the Mahakumbh stampede on January 29.He said , "I circulated a video message last night urging devotees to take a holy dip wherever they are. Crores of devotees have gathered here and the administration is doing everything possible to. The incident that took place last night is heart-wrenching. I just want to say to the devotees to remain patient...The Akharas and Saints decided that they would take a dip in the evening so that devotees do not face difficulties..."
