Jaipur (Rajasthan), July 20 (ANI): Rajasthan CM Bhajanlal Sharma attended the ‘Yashasvi Sarpanch State Level Winner Felicitation’ ceremony on July 20. Addressing the gathered sarpanches in the ceremony, he praised their works and focused on the importance of the development of villages for the development of the entire country. “It is true that for the development of the country, or state, a village has to be developed first. I know how a Sarpanch works in a village. A village has a lot of problems, mainly because most of the people migrate to cities. The distance has increased between a village and a state. Atal Vihari Bajpayee used to say, ‘If my village develops, my country develops’. Thus, the former Prime Minister brought schemes for villages. He connected them with roads, to bring education, and electricity and stop the outward migration,” said Bhajanlal Sharma.
