New Delhi, Aug 11 (ANI): Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi criticised Congress MP Rahul Gandhi for not coming to the House on August 11, the last day of the Monsoon Session of the Parliament. Addressing a Press Conference in Delhi, the Minister lambasted the Congress Leader and said that Rahul Gandhi has lost his mental balance. “Congress and other opposition parties never thought that we would agree to a discussion on Manipur...Like PM Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah said we should be sensitive about the issue. Today, as well what all has Rahul Gandhi said. I think Rahul Gandhi lost his mental balance, it appears like that...He has not heard the reply. He did not come to the House...It is very unfortunate that the so-called grand old party is behaving so irresponsibly...” said Minister Pralhad Joshi.
