Punjab Encounter: Police clashes with 2 weapon suppliers with Pakistan links; one injured

Description: Tarn Taran (Punjab), April 22 (ANI): An encounter broke out between police and two weapon suppliers coming from Amritsar Rural near Tarn Taran in Punjab. The suspects, identified as Sukhdev Singh and Sarban Kumar, opened fire on the officers. SP Detective Ajay Raj Singh informed that Police returned fire, injuring Sukhdev Singh, who was later sent for treatment. The duo, linked to weapon trafficking, was reportedly en route to supply firearms and has connections with Pakistan. Further investigation is underway.
