Itanagar (Arunachal Pradesh): In an exclusive interview to ANI, Arunachal Pradesh Governor and Lieutenant (Retd.) General, KT Parnaik shed light on several aspects of Agniveer Scheme. He said that the armed forces, whenever they implement a scheme, they do reviews from time to time. On the question of 75 per cent ‘Agniveers’ getting laid-off after 4 years, he said that discussions over provisions to absorb the remaining 75 per cent in other government services and internal security forces.
