New Dlehi, October 19 (ANI): Following the Google for India Event 2023, Google Pay Vice President Ambarish Kenghe on October 19 claimed that Google’s fraud mechanism has prevented a scam of Rs 12,000 crore in the year 2023that could have been taken place because of unknowingness or UPI users. “People try to scam you…We detect through AI and machine learning… Through AIML we warn the customers. If the threshold increases, we block payment. Through this, we have saved around 12,000 crores that could have been otherwise scammed…. A lot of time has been invested in developing this…There has been an explosive growth of payments,” said Ambarish Kenghe.
