Uttarkashi (Uttarakhand) November 27 (ANI): Principal Secretary to the PM Pramod Kumar Mishra, Union Home Secretary Ajay Kumar Bhalla and Uttarakhand Chief Secy SS Sandhu arrived at Silkyara tunnel on November 27 to take stock of ongoing rescue efforts to save 41 trapped workers. In the latest update, the front part of the American Auger machine which was stuck in the pipeline has been completely cut with a plasma cutter machine on November 27. 41 workers have been trapped after a portion of under-construction tunnel collapsed on Nov 12
