PM Modi gifts Ram Mandir replica to President Emmanuel Macron in Jaipur

Jaipur (Rajasthan) January 25 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi met and warmly greeted French President Emmanuel Macron at Jantar Mantar in Jaipur. The leaders also participated in a roadshow called a ‘Shobha Yatra’and later they will have a bilateral meeting at Taj Rambagh Palace in Jaipur. Later the leaders reached ‘Hawa Mahal’ and admired the ancient Indian architecture. At Hawa Mahal, both leaders stopped at local shops, where PM Modi gifted President Macron a replica of the Ram Mandir. PM Modi also explained to President Macron the transactions through the Unified Payment Interface (UPI). Macron is on a state visit to India and will be the chief guest at the 75th Republic Day celebrations tomorrow in New Delhi.
