“People twisted it…” Annamalai supports Tamilisai’s clarification on viral ‘stern talk’ with HM Shah

Chennai, June 14 (ANI): On the viral video of Union Home Minister Amit Shah’s conversation with BJP leader Tamilisai Soundararajan, Tamil Nadu party chief K Annamalai said that Soundarajan is a very senior leader of the party and some mysterious social media people twisted and made it out of context. Addressing the Press, BJP Chief K Annamalai, “Union Home Minister Amit Shah, National President JP Nadda, they are all BJP workers, that's what they tell us...the conversation that you saw was a friendly conversation between Amit Shah and a senior leader of the party Tamilisai Soundararajan. Some mysterious social media people twisted and made it out of context...Tamilisai Soundararajan is a valued member of BJP...it was a gentle conversation and she also clarified it...today I went to her house also. she is continuing to do her work at the ground level.” HM Shah and Tamilisai were seen holding heated conversation at Andhra CM Naidu's oath ceremony. On the incident, she said, the Home Minister was advising her to intensify her party responsibilities and carry out it intensively. The video of the brief conversation had dominated headlines sparking rumours of a rift in Tamil Nadu BJP.
