New Delhi, September 25 (ANI): India’s most luxurious train, the ‘Palace on Wheels’, embarked on its first journey on September 25, marking the beginning of an opulent travel experience for passengers. The train departed from Safdarjung Railway Station in New Delhi, offering its guests a royal experience as it traversed through some of India's most iconic destinations. The Palace on Wheels, renowned for its regal interiors and world-class services, is a favourite among both domestic and international travellers seeking to explore Rajasthan's rich heritage grandly. The train’s route will take passengers to destinations such as Jaipur, Udaipur, Jaisalmer, and Ranthambore, showcasing majestic forts, palaces, and wildlife sanctuaries along the way. Each of the train’s 14 luxury coaches is designed to reflect the splendour of India’s royal past, offering modern amenities blended with historical charm. The onboard services include fine dining, a spa, and cultural performances, providing a holistic experience of Indian luxury.
