Guwahati (Assam), Oct 27 (ANI): The Assam government has banned more than one marriage in the state for government employees. Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on October 27 said that the rule was there but for some reason, the state government didn’t enforce it. Addressing mediapersons, Assam CM said, “This rule was there earlier, but we did not enforce it. Now, we have decided to enforce it.”
