No end wolf menace in UP, 12-year-old victim becomes fresh target of man-eater canines in Bahraich

Bahraich (UP) September (ANI): In recent months, UP’s Bahraich has been reeling under a string of attacks by man-eating wolves. Despite the ongoing efforts of 'Operation Bhediya,' two man-eating wolves remain at large in Bahraich. These man-eater wolves continue to claim new victims, causing widespread fear and distress among locals. In the most recent incident in Uttar Pradesh’s Bahraich, a twelve-year-old child fell prey to one of the wolves. The attack occurred when the child and his sister went outside to fetch water, however, he is out of danger now. Tensions are rising as the wolves have begun targeting areas closer to Bahraich city in Uttar Pradesh. Uttar Pradesh Police, Forest Department is employing all available resources to capture the wolves. In response to the crisis, the Forest Dept and UP Police launched a door-to-door awareness campaign.
