Srinagar, Nov 02 (ANI): Dr Mehnaaz Nadiadwala received the Governor Award for her work in Karnataka and the Mother Teresa Award for the upliftment of the poor and numerous other prestigious awards. She is the daughter of the late Abdul Gaffar Nadiadwala. Mehnaaz Nadiadwala has been doing many successful projects in Kashmir for the youths, especially for girls. She is planning to make a movie on Kashmir which shows the actual positive picture of Kashmir. She has been working in Kashmir Valley for the past 3 years and has been recognising and rewarding young talents in Kashmir. She rewarded many school students with Laptops and Tablet PCs and has been continuously involved in such noble humanitarian endeavours. She also believed that the youth’s minds have changed after the abrogation of Article 370 in 2019 and now they are heading towards positivity and want to do creative things. Her NGO works closely with the Armed Forces in recognising them through awards of Gallantry and Shoorveer Awards. The gesture of Dr Mehnaaz Nadiadwala has been found to be exemplary and uniquely humble and is a great step towards social harmony and nation-building.
