New Delhi, Dec 11 (ANI): During a two-day India Maritime Heritage Conclave, Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel on December 11 expressed confidence that maritime sector will play a major role in realising the PM’s vision of a developed India. “I am deeply grateful to Indian government for given me the opportunity to speak for Gujarat. Our Prime Minister always talks about utilizing the potential of the maritime sector. Today’s program helps us to move forward PM’s view in maritime sector…It is necessary to develop the maritime sector to fulfil the dream of PM Modi’s developed nation.…I feel proud to say that Gujarat leads the country in handling 38 percent of cargo with 49 ports. Our target is that Gujarat will handle 2000 MMTPA cargo handling by 2047…The maritime sector will play a major role in realizing the Prime Minister's vision of a developed India…,” said Bhupendra Patel.
