“Manipur has been awaiting peace …” RSS Chief emphasizes addressing Manipur unrest on priority

Nagpur (Maharashtra), June 10 (ANI): RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat attended closing ceremony of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh -worker development event on June 10 and while addressing the event he highlighted the tumultuous situation in Manipur. He further added that Manipur has been awaiting peace for a year now and put an emphasis on the fact that it is an immediate duty to make Manipur a priority. Addressing the event, he said, “Manipur has been awaiting peace for a year now. It was peaceful for 10 years. It seemed that the old gun culture had ended. It is still burning in the fire of the sudden tension that rose there or that was made to rise there. Who will take note of it? It is the duty to prioritise it and take note of it.”
