Imphal(Manipur), April 18(ANI): A powerful message of peace echoed from the Manipur Baptist Convention Centre Church in Imphal on Good Friday, as Christian believers gathered in large numbers to commemorate the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. The special worship service, held at the MBC Centre Church in Chingmeirong, reflected deep spiritual significance for the community. Led by the Pastor, the service reminded worshippers of Christ's sacrifice for the salvation of all mankind. This year’s observance saw a marked increase in attendees, symbolizing healing and renewed faith across the region. For many, Good Friday was more than a religious occasion — it was a moment of reflection and a heartfelt plea for peace. Churchgoers prayed for harmony and reconciliation, hoping for a more united and peaceful Manipur. Christian communities in the region stood in spiritual solidarity, joining in the global observance of the day’s significance.
