Manali (Himachal Pradesh), January 03 (ANI): The five-day winter carnival at Manali in Himachal Pradesh’s Kullu district commenced on January 02 and will go on till January 06. Hundreds of artists from various states are actively participating, presenting a variety of tableaux. Approximately 200 women, adorned in traditional Kulvi costumes, conveyed messages of cultural preservation and environmental protection. The fascinating event serves as a platform for promoting art, culture, and environmental consciousness. While speaking to the media, CM Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said, “Manali is ready to welcome tourists again.”
