Srinagar (J&K) December 14 (ANI): Attempts to turn J&K’s Srinagar completely into a smart are in full swing. Various areas have been beautified while construction in some areas is underway. Pedestrian paths have been built with solar street lamps installed along the walkway. While several ponds and lakes have been cleaned others are underway. Srinagar city will become a smart city by June 2024. A total of 125 projects worth Rs 930 crore have been sanctioned under the Smart City Mission under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs.
