Kochi (Kerala) October 29 (ANI): Multiple blasts ripped through a prayer hall during a meeting in Kochi's Kalamassery On October 29. The blasts were triggered by Improvised Explosive Device (IED), as informed by the Kerala DGP. According to Kerala Police, a person named Dominic Martin has surrendered in Kodakra Police Station in Thrissur Rural. Meanwhile, BJP leader K Surendran called it a ‘lapse of the state police and intelligence’.
