Toronto (Canada), December 1 (ANI): On November 30, 2024, the Consular Camp hosted by the Consulate General of India at Lakshmi Narayan Mandir, Toronto, concluded peacefully without any incidents of violence. The temple management despite facing threats and intimidation, courageously stood firm and refused to cancel the event. The proactive presence of Toronto Police also ensured the safety of all attendees, allowing devotees to enter and exit the Mandir without fear. In contrast, the lack of action by Peel Police during the November 3, 2024, incident at Hindu Sabha Mandir in Brampton was shocking. Despite being present, Peel Police failed to prevent violence. This disparity raises critical questions about the priorities of different Canadian municipalities. It shows clearly that If they genuinely care about the safety and well-being of Canadian citizens, decisive actions are taken to address the rising threats of violence and criminality, Khalistani miscreants can be dealt with law.
