Kashmiri Pandits celebrate Navreh in Srinagar

Srinagar, April 10 (ANI): The Vishwa Kashmiri Samaj and Vicharnag Sthapan Trust collaborated to organize a grand event in Vicharnag, Srinagar, commemorating the auspicious occasion of Saptrishi Samvat 5100, known as "Navreh Celebration". The event witnessed the presence of Bandaru Dattatraya, the Governor of Haryana, who graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. This celebration marked a significant reunion for the Kashmiri community after decades, drawing members from various regions to partake in the traditional new year festivities with great joy and fervor. The event served as a platform to showcase the rich cultural heritage of Kashmir while honoring its customs and traditions. Shri Bandaru Dattatreya's participation added a distinctive essence to the festivities, as his words resonated with the audience, emphasizing the significance of preserving and promoting Kashmiri culture.
