Kashmir Fire Services Department upgrades to latest technology, deploys modern equipment

Srinagar, Jan 23, 2026 (ANI): Kashmir Fire and Emergency Services Dept successfully deployed advanced firefighting machines ensuring swift and efficient response. Equipped with high-pressure water pumps and modern equipment, firefighters are now able to better deal with challenging situations. These technologies help personnel locate trapped individuals, access fire intensity and carry out rescue operations with greater precision. The use of modern protective gear has also enhanced the safety of firefighters, allowing them to operate effectively in high-risk environments. This upgraded equipment plays a crucial role in preventing the spread of flames and minimizing damage to property.
