“Kalyug Ka Amrit Kaal …” Mehbooba Mufti mentions Umar Khalid to target BJP at Maha Rally

New Delhi, March 31 (ANI): Ahead of the Lok Sabha election, the INDIA bloc came together in a show of strength against BJP-led Centre by holding a ‘Maha Rally’ at Ramlila Maidan on March 31. At Maha Rally, JKPDP chief Mehbooba Mufti said, "Today, the country is going through a really tough time. People are being taken into custody without any investigation. This is 'Kalyug ka Amrit Kaal' where you put people in jail without any proper investigation. I am not talking about Umar Khalid or Mohammad Zubair, I am talking about your elected representatives... It is not surprising to me. Myself, Farooq Abdullah and Omar Abdullah, all three former CMs are under house arrest. When you break laws that is not patriotism, that is terrorism. The one who violates the law is not a traitor...If Kejriwal goes to BJP now, then these media people who were continuously accusing him of corruption will write there is nobody more honest than Arvind Kejriwal…. The amount of corruption they have done in donations, that amount of corruption hasn’t happened in the country in the last 75 years.”
