Udhampur (J&K), Nov 07 (ANI): With an aim and objective to assess persons with Disabilities and senior citizens from underprivileged backgrounds in J&K’s Udhampur, Department of Welfare on the directions of Lieutenant Governor J&K Manoj Sinha going to organise five days Assessment camps for disables (PWDS) and Senior citizens of various Blocks of Udhampur District. Kanika Gupta District Social Welfare Officer Udhampur disclosed that the Department of Social Welfare, Udhampur is organizing assessment camps for assessing the Divyangjans (PwDs) and Sr. Citizens for free distribution of Assistive Devices, Aids, and Appliances (Tricycles, Wheelchairs, hearing Aids, Crutches, Walking stick, etc.) from 6th of November 2023 to 10th of November 2023 in various Blocks of Udhampur district.
