Gulmarg (J&K), December 26 (ANI): Jammu and Kashmir’s Gulmargis gearing up for an anticipated winter tourist season, with a significant influx expected in the coming months, especially during New Year celebrations. During the peak winter months, a diverse range of tourists from around the world converge in Gulmarg to partake in New Year festivities. It is also a world-famous Ski destination. The Gulmarg Development Authority (GDA), in collaboration with various stakeholders in the tourism sector, meticulously prepared a successful winter experience for visitors. Hoteliers have received comprehensive guidelines from administrators, covering arrangements for furnishings, and the provision of quality food. Additionally, taxi operators and other service providers have been instructed to deliver exemplary services to tourists. The winter season in Gulmarg witnesses a surge in tourist numbers, propelled by the allure of snowfall and a variety of adventure activities.
