Udhampur (J&K), May 06 (ANI): A grand Shobha Yatra preceding Bhagwan Parshuram Jayanti captivated Jammu and Kashmir’s Udhampur on May 05. Organized by the Yuva Parshuram Dal, the procession showcased profound religious fervour. Starting from the Kargil Hanuman Temple, a diverse crowd flooded the streets, chanting praises to Bhagwan Parshuram. The procession wound through various parts of the city, drawing attention from all corners, before culminating at Sallain Talab. Alongside the religious fervour, captivating dance performances also enriched the vibrant procession. The presence of revered Saint Swami Subhash Shastri added to the spiritual essence of the event. Parshuram Jayanti is celebrated to honour the birth of Lord Parshuram, who is revered for his exceptional skills in warfare and archery.
