J&K: Traffic police organises traffic awareness program for college students in Srinagar

Srinagar, Feb 18 (ANI): Srinagar witnessed a concerted effort towards promoting road safety as the Traffic Police orchestrated a comprehensive traffic awareness program at Amar Singh College on February 18. The program was organised in conjunction with the Road Safety Organization and several non-governmental organizations (NGOs).With a specific focus on college students, the initiative aimed to impart crucial knowledge about road safety measures and traffic regulations. The event served as a valuable platform for students to grasp the significance of adhering to traffic rules and cultivating safe driving habits. Recognizing the escalating rate of road accidents in the region, the program encompassed interactive workshops, informative presentations, and engaging activities, all designed to effectively convey the importance of responsible driving.
