Srinagar, October 22 (ANI): With an intent to challenge norms and champion women’s empowerment in motorsports, JK AUTOX WOMEN, the first-ever Women-Only Autocross event was organised in Srinagar. In a field that has been traditionally dominated by men, women in motorsports are proving their mettle and breaking barriers. Women have also made significant contributions to the industry in motorsports. These women are blazing a trail for others and challenging the status quo. JK AUTOX WOMEN is a bold celebration of women’s empowerment in motorsports, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. The event was organised in collaboration between J&K Motor Sports Federation, Federation of Motor Sports Clubs of India, and FMSCIWEM. Female participation in motorsports is at an all-time high.
