J&K: Indian army conducts ‘Smartphone Film Making Course’ for youths in Kupwara

Kupwara (J&K), December 24 (ANI): In collaboration with the Film & Television Institute of India (FTII) Pune, the Indian Army conducted a five-day ‘Smartphone Film Making Course’ at Jammu and Kashmir’s Kupwara. The initiative aimed to equip the Kashmiri youth with the knowledge and tools to create compelling stories using smartphones. The comprehensive course covered scriptwriting, cinematography, editing, and post-production techniques, all tailored for smartphones. Led by FTII professionals, the course prioritized accessibility and inclusivity, tailored for participants with varying levels of experience. Participants gained hands-on experience and showcased their work on a dedicated platform, linking their stories with a global audience. This transformative educational initiative embodies the Indian Army’s belief in the holistic development of Kashmiri youth.
