J&K: BSF organises veterinary camp in Budgam

Budgam (J&K), Jan 06 (ANI): Border Security Force organised a veterinary camp for livestock in Budgam in Jammu and Kashmir. The camp aimed to provide essential healthcare services and treatment to the local livestock including cattle, sheep, and goats. It was a part of BSF’s ongoing efforts to support community and enhance the welfare of farmers and rural residents. Veterinary professionals from BSF along with local experts conducted health check-ups, administered vaccinations. The camp also provided advices on animal care, disease prevention, and best farming practices. It was highly beneficial for farmers who often face challenges in accessing proper veterinary care due to remote location. It not only helped in improving the health of livestock but also strengthened the bond between the security forces and the local community.
