Budgam (J&K), December 03 (ANI): To mark the completion of 59 years of dedicated service, Border Security Force (BSF) celebrated 59th Raising Day with great zest and zeal at Frontier Headquarters in J&K’s Budgam on December 03. For the last five decades, BSF has served the nation with full pride and played a major role in protecting the borders of the country. Jawans performed different cultural and musical programs and spent joyful time at the event. BSF was formed on December 1, 1965 as a unified central agency to ensure the security of the borders of India.
