Jammu, Feb 17(ANI): Lieutenant Governor of Jammu & Kashmir, Manoj Sinha paid obeisance at Martand Surya Temple in Jammu. Manoj Sinha said that Jammu and Kashmir has been known as the land of spirituality and is one of the main centres of learning and knowledge in the world. Manoj Sinha said, “Since time immemorial Jammu and Kashmir has been known as the land of spirituality and one of the main centres of learning and knowledge in the world. It has always promoted an inclusive cultural ecosystem and kept alive time-tested traditional wisdom.”
