New Delhi September 13 (ANI): On Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal's bail, BJP leader Gaurav Bhatia jibed the bail conditions for Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, stating that he is restricted from visiting his office or the Delhi Secretariat, signing official files without Lieutenant Governor's clearance, making statements about his role in the case, interacting with witnesses, or accessing related official files, as per the Enforcement Directorate's bail order on July 12. BJP leader Gaurav Bhatia said, "... As per the bail order in the ED's case of July 12,... He shall not visit the office of the Chief Minister and the Delhi Secretariat... This CM cannot visit the CM office... He shall not sign any official files unless a clearance from the LG is required... He shall not make any statements regarding his role in the present case... He cannot interact with any of the witnesses or have any access to the official files connected with the case..."
